Gain-Programmed Amplifier Based on AD8402 Digital Potentiometer

After Comparing some other architectures of different digital potentiometers, a gainprogrammed amplifier based on an AD8402 digital potentiometer which can set offset voltage is presented. The hardware principle and software design of this method are described and some notices for using AD8402 are given. The gain-programmed amplifier has a simple hardware architecture , high quality, low price and widespread availability.
