Analysis and Research of Image Edge Detection Methods
图像边缘检测方法分析与研究

The edge is an important signature of an image. The edge detection plays an important role in computer vision and image analysis and is also a basic and difficult problem in image target detection. In this paper, the conventional edge detection methods and their features are analyzed and these methods are used to process the original images and noise images respectively.The processing results show that the operators such as Sobel, Roberts, Prewitt, Kitsch and LOG have their advantages and disadvantages, and their location precision, noise sensitivity and complexity are restrained one another.
