State-of-arts of Space-borne Cryogenic Thermal Switches

A cryogenic thermal switch is one of the critical devices of a space-borne standby cryocooler system. There are many kinds of cryogenic thermal switches,the switching ratio of which is the critical specification to determine their performance.The cryogenic thermal switches can be used in practical engineering applications only when their specifications such as switching ratio, reliability and lifetime meet the requirements of the space-borne standby cryocooler systems.
