Analysis of Chemical Dynamics of HgCdTe
HgCdTe的化学动力学分析

HgCdTe (MCT) is a perfect infrared photoelectric material. A lot of conclusions and analysis of the chemical structures of this material are guoted in this paper.Then, some tentative ideas are proposed for the problems in making MCT infrared detectors.
