Study of Multi-angle Polarized Reflectance Spectrum of LAS with Various Concentrations
|
Abstract:
In this paper, the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) is used as a major test sample. The relationship between the polarized reflectance spectrum of linear alkylbnzene sulphonate (LAS) with different concentrations and the detection azimuth angle, detection zenith angle, light incidence zenith angle, polarization angle and waveband is measured by using a polarized bi-directional reflectance detection instrument, and is compared with the polarized reflectance spectrum of detergent and distilled water. The experimental results have shown that the concentration of LAS, the geometrical condition for measurement and the waveband are the main factors to affect the polarized reflectance spectrum of LAS. Moreover, the polarized reflectance spectrum of linear alkylbnzene sulphonate (LAS) with different concentrations can be changed apparently with the variation of the geometrical condition for measurement and the waveband. This work has formed a laboratorial basis for the further research on the application of polarization remote sensing to environment.
