Parameter Testing System for Infrared Focal-plane Thermal Imaging Systems

The basic structures of thermograph testing systems are analysed in this paper. The current status of the development of thermograph testing systems and the products from some main companies are presented. The measurement methods for the main parameters of thermographs are investigated. At the end, a design plan of a thermograph testing system is given.
