NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF OPTICAL TRANSMISSION THROUGH HIGH SPEED AIRCRAFT OPTICAL WINDOW IN AERO-DYNAMIC THERMAL ENVIRONMENT
|
Abstract:
In the aero-dynamic environment, optical window's shape and optical property will be changed because of thermal transmission and thermal stress, then the transmission of the infrared radiation from the target will be affected, which will make the image fuzzy, flutter, departure and energy's attenuation, thus, the effectiveness of infrared image will be heavily affected. According to the requirement of IR imaging technique applied in high-speed interceptor, the optical transmission theory and basic calculating methods of optical window were studied. The mathematic model and simulation software were introduced. Some computer simulation results at classical state were presented.
