Metbodology of environmental impact assessment for regional development

In the light of a serious of environmental impact assessment and environmental planning for eco-nomic developing areas in Tianjin, the paper stressed on the significance and task, the principals and lines aswell as major contents of EIA for regional development. In addition, the paper went further into some detailsand practical problems relating to assessment techniques such as the determination of total amount control-ling targets, setting up index systems , optimization of environmental planning programme etc. , of the EIAfor regional development.
