A PLANAR STRUCTURE V-BAND UP-CONVERTER

Abstract:
A planar structure V band up converter has been presented. The converter utilizes the balanced structure, the main structure of the converter is planar. An E plane transition from waveguide to micro strip is also designed for the output of the RF signal. The paper presents the simulated and the measured result of the up converter as well as the E plane transition. Finally it presents the outline of the up converter.
