Amelioration of the biogeochemical environment with iodine in kelp

An artificial way to prevent and cure the iodine deficiency disorder(IDD) through ameliorating the biogeochemical environment of the regions where iodine is deficient was put forward. In this paper, the concrete method to achieve this way was given and its feasibility is confirmed by test.
