THE EFFECT OF RADIATION ON TRANSMISSION OF QUASI PERIODIC MULTI LAYER PLANAR DIELECTRIC GRATINGS
辐射对准周期多层平板介质栅传输特性的影响

The transmission characteristics of quasi periodic multi layer planar dielectric gratings were systematically investigated by a method which combines the multimode network theory with mode matching method.The effect of radiation on the transmission characteristics of the multi layer dielectric gratings was discussed in details, and guideline was given for accurate design of the gratings.
