The study on bleaching technique of seawater cultivated pearl

The bleaching conditions for bleaching the seawater cultivated pearls have been investigated.For the first time,seawater was used in bleaching seawater cultivated pearls as solvent,which showed better qualities than methanol, ethanol,acetone and distilled water.When the solvent was seawater,the surfactant of Befit hand cleanser should be chosen preferentially,and the best concentration of hydrogen peroxide was 5%.The influence of bleaching time on the stain growth of pearl has also been discussed in this paper.
