Genomic DNA isolation and RAPD analysis on Moerella iridescens

Studies of DNA extraction and RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) analysis were performed on the cultured population of Moerella iridescens in Wenling,Zhejiang Province.Among 11 individuals,six screened from thirty-eight primers,which were reproducible,amplified a total of 247 fragments ranging from 300 bp to 1 600 bp.43 loci were detected and the polymorphic loci(P) were 74.42%.Genetic similarity index(S) among individuals were 0.691 and the average genetic distance(D) were 0.309.The result indicates th...
