STUDY OF PHOTOCURRENT SPECTRVM OF GaAs/AlGaAs MULTIPLE QUANTUM WELL INFRARED DETECTORS
GaAs／AlGaAs多量子阱红外探测器的光电流谱

The photocurrent spectra of GaAs/AlGaAs multiple quantum wells infrared detectors under zero bias, small current and large bias were measured, respectively. The characteristics of multi-peaks and abnormal enhancement of the photocurrent spectra are discussed in comparison to the transition energy of theoretical calculation.
