Earthquake analysis of seismic data of China Sea shows that earthquakes off or along the China coast are characterized by low frequency and high intensity with no great calamity. Our observation shows there are always some sign of anomaly in sea water and sea organism, which would provide basis for predicting earthquake and construction along thecoast.
