GEOMORPHOLOGY OF THE BEACH AND SEA FLOOR RELIEF FEATURES OF THE GREAT WALL BAY IN ANTARCTIC
|
Abstract:
Based on the field survey data, topography and geomorphology of the Great Wall Bay in Antarctic are analysed. The geomorphology mainly presents as marine accumulation and then marine erosion. The sea floor relief features are complex with various water depth and lots of submerged rocks. The rocks near the Gulangyu Island contribute to the topographic development in the bay.
