Abstract:
The Haihe River Basin is one of the most intensively human-disturbed basins in China.The structures and functions of many wetlands in the Haihe River Basin have been badly damaged.A large number of fishes,benthic organisms and aquatic macrophytes have disappeared,so the index of biological integrity based on fishes or benthos (F-IBI,B-IBI) cannot be used to assess the health of the seriously damaged wetlands.Therefore,these methods have limitations and disadvantages for wetland health assessment at the basi...
