Study on spatial variability of lead content under flue-cure tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) leaf in Hunan Province, China
|
Abstract:
The spatial distribution of lead content under flue-cure tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum) in Hunan Province in 2002 and 2003 was studied with geostatistics and GIS.The best theoretical model for the lead content in tobacco leaves was the Spherical model, and the trend was obvious in each of the two years. The spatial autocorrelation of lead content in tobacco leaf was moderate and strong, because the nugget effect was 0.26 and 0.17 in 2002 and 2003 respectively. In addition, the spatial distribution of the tobacco lead content in both years was similar, increasing from west to east and from north to south.
