EFFECTS OF SELENIUM BULLET ON INDUSTRIAL FLUOROSIS OF GOATS
|
Abstract:
Goats of 6-10 months old were exposed to fluoride-polluted pasture for 18 months in order to evaluate the effects of selenium bullet on industrial fluorosis of goats. The results showed that the selenium bullet could reduce urine calcium, serum GOT and ALP, bone ALP and NAP, while bring up the urine calcium, GSH-px and transformation rate of lymph cell. The loose of the bone was eased and the growth during green grass period was prompted as well. It was suggested that selenium has effects of maintaining mineral metabolism, protecting cell membrane and strengthening immunolo-gical ability.
