RESIDUAL DYNAMICS OF QUINCLORAC AND ITS METABOLITE IN RICE FIELD ENVIRONMENT AND RICE
|
Abstract:
The residual dynamics of the quinclorac in rice field in northeast China was studied. The residues of quinclorac and its metabolite (BH514-1) in soil were determined by reversed phase HPLC method using a Shim-Pack CLC-CN column and methanol-water (Containing 0. 5% HAc )(40: 60 (V/V)) as mobile phase. Results of the two year's study showed that the halflife of quinclorac in soil, water and rice plant were 8-11, 2-3 and 0. 6-0. 7 days respectively. The final residues in soil, brown rice and rice straw were all below their detectable limits of 0.003, 0. 005 and 0. 012 mg/kg respectively. The residue of BH514-1 in soil was not detected. The results provided a basis for safety application of quinclorac.
