Experiment on release of crusted residual oil in Zihe Riverbed under the condition of rainfall eluviation

The layer of crusted residual oil in Zihe Riverbed is one of the main contamination sources that cause the pollution of groundwater in the east part of Dawu water supply. By taking an undisturbed column of oil contaminated soil,an experiment of residual oil release indoor in order to simulate the rainfall action on residual oil release.the authors,was finished. The results indicate that 1449.26?mg oil were eluviated per m\+2 horizontally under the action of perennial average precipitation, and the oil contaminated soil not only polluted a great deal of groundwater but also is a long term contamination source.
