Influence of plant esterase concentration on sensitivity of pesticide residue detection
|
Abstract:
Using the pesticide dimethoate as an inhibitor, the colorimetric measurement of the inhibitory effect of dimethoate on the plant esterase extracted from wheat was carried out. The relationship between resolution and sensitivity with enzyme concentration was assayed. The results indicated that there is an optimum enzyme concentration under witch the resolution is the highest and sensitivity is very high.
