EFFECTS OF ARID FACTOR ON FLUORIDE LEVELS IN URINE, SERUM AND SALIVA
|
Abstract:
Servey on endemic fluorosis in two agricultural regions with similar environmental background abundances of F revealed that case rate of dental fluorosis in children was 60.41% in region A and 89.27% in region B,where the weather is much more arid than region A. Similarly, radio-logically detectable rate of skeletal fluorosis in adults, fluoride level in urine, serum and saliva were all significantly higher in region B than those in region A.
