SENSITIVITY OF THE SOIL IN SOUTH CHINA TO ACID DEPOSITION

Based on depletion of soilexchangeable base cations, McFee's cla-ssification criterion was used to group soil regions into sensitivity classes in South China. The results indicate that there are "sensitive" and "slightly sensitive" soils in more than 30% of the regions in that area.
