Kinetics of substrate degradation was studied and a firstorder reaction equation was developed on SBR process. The method for determining the kinetic constants and non-degradable COD was proposed and the equation was simulated by experimental data. Verification of dehydrogenase with aeration time and the relation between substrate dehydrogenase activity and substrate concentration were also discussed.
