SYNTHESIS AND IDENTIFICATION OF ANTIGENIC CONJUGATE AGAINST PARATHION

Abstract:
A method of synthesis of antigen by reducing parathion into amino-para-thion and directly conjugating to a carrier protein BSA via diazo coupling was presented. Microphosphorus determination of the conjugate revealed 9±1 redu-ced-parathion residues per BSA molecule.
