STUDY ON THE COLLECTION EFFICIENCY OF FILTERS

Abstract:
A general equation for describing the particle profile in filters based on mass conservation, Fick's first diffusion equation and Boussinesq's assumption and the resultant expressions were found. The new equation is much better than the previous theory.
