CO OXIDATIVE PROPERTY OVER Mn Cu O

Abstract:
The catalysts of ZrO 2 and Al 2O 3 supported Mn Cu O used for oxidation of CO at low temperature were studied. Factors affecting the catalytic activity such as crystal structure and surface oxygen property were examined by XRD and TPD MS techniques. The results showed that ZrO 2 support would promote the formation of CuMn 2O 4, the desorption of surface absorbed oxygen over Mn Cu O, and increase the amount of surface absorbed oxygen. Thus it increased the activities of CO oxdation.
