Studies on correlation between the enzymatic activities in the rhizosphere and purification of wastewater in the constructed wetland
人工湿地植物根区土壤酶活性与污水净化效果及其相关分析

The activities of phosphatase and urease in rhizosphere of wetland plants,together with removal rates of total phosphorus,total nitrogen,BOD\-5 and COD were measured.The results were as follows:the correlation between activity of phosphatase and removal rate of total phosphorus(TP)was not obvious,while there was significant correlation between activety of urease and removal rates of total nitrogen.But activities of phosphatase and urease were not interrelated to removal rate of BOD 5 and COD.It will give reference to future researches on utilizing enzymatic activities to evaluate purifying effects of constructed wetlands.
