This paper is intended to predict the total number and supplementary number of China's higher environmental protection personnel of different specialties in the target years as well as their specialty structures through the analysis of the demand of the country' social and economic development for environmental protection and by means of mathematicl methods such as time order analysis, etc. In addition, the conclusion of the prediction is further discussed.
