MULTIRESIDUE ANALYSIS OF 20 PESTICIDES IN CROPS
20种农药在作物中多残留分析方法的研究

A multiresidue analysis method for 20 organochlorinate organophosphorous and pyrethroid pesticides in crops using GLC was developed. The samples were extracted with acetone or acetone-petroleum ether (1:1 (v/v))and partitioned with methylene chloride, to remove aqueous phase. The extracts were divided into two parts. One part was used for determination of organophosphorous pesticides by GLC FPD.The organochlori-nated and pyrethroid pesticides in the another part were determined by GLC ECD after cleaning up. The efficiency of the clean up procedures and sensitivity of the analytical method were evaluated suing apple, cucumber, flour and rice samples fortified with the pesticides.
