FUZZ CLUSTERING TO THE EFFECTS OF HEAVY METALS ON THE QUANTITATIVE CHARACTERS OF BROADOBEAN IN FOUR GENERATIONS AND THEIR PERTURBATION ANALYSIS
|
Abstract:
With the original designing method, parameters of quantitative characters(PQCs) of several variety of Broadbean(vicia faba L.) contaminated with Pb, Cd, Hg, and Zn in four generations were investigated. The parameters are the percentage of survival seedling (PSS),height of plants (HP), the relative time of firstly blooming (TFB), podsper seedling(PPS),amounts of bean every 20 ponds(BEP) and weight of 50 bean (WB). Differentiation trends of broadbean was outlined by fuzz cluster and perturbation treads of broadbean was outlined by fuzz cluster and perturbation analysis. The results showed that the toxical effects of heavy metals are determined not only by the sorts of combined metal ions and their doses, but also by the relative concentration among different metalions. With the proceeding of generation, the PQCs recovered to the direction of normal situations under the lead, cadmium and mercury, but under high dose zinc treatment, the toxical response appeared in the second generation. The comparability of pollution tolerance in plan and its measure were also discussed. It was suggested that geographically historic background and the adaptive characteristics of plant should be concerned so that a correct ecological evaluation could be harvested in the environmental ecological impact evaluations.
