With regard to the reform and development of China's higher environmental education facing 21st century,this paper has made a systematic analysis of the present situation of China's higher environmental educational system and offered the following proposals:To improve the administrative structure of environmental education as a speciality.To speed up the establishment of specialistic system of appropriate environmental disciplines and its curricula.To develop greatly China's higher environmental education for adults.To spread environmental education among non majors in environmental science.
