A STUDY ON THE EXTRACTING METHOD OF AVAILABLE NICKEL IN MANURED LOESSIAL SOIL
|
Abstract:
The method for extracting available nickel from manured loessial soil were evaluated by correlation, principal component, progressively regression, and path analyses. Effects of major soil properties on the amount of available nickel were also investigated. Results showed that DTPA procedure could be regarded as a suitable method for available nickel determination. The nickel bound to Fe-Mn oxides is the major pool of the soil available nickel, those bound to carbonates or organic matter are potential pool of soil available nickel. The main properties of soil affecting available nickel contents in soil are pH and Eh7.
