Selecting and separating microorganisms of degrading PAHs in the water-silicon oil biphasic system

Abstract:
Three microorganisms of degrading PAHs in the water\|silicon oil biphisic system were selected and separated.Degrading tests of seven main PAHs were carried out.Result showed that PAHs could by degraded effectly by mixed microorganisms,The degradation effect decreses as the PAHs cycle increases.
