A MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR EVALUATINGAIR QUALITY STANDARDS FROM POINTOF VIEW OF ECONOMICS
|
Abstract:
A mathematical model for evaluating and setting air quality standards from the point of view of technique and economics has been developed. Its kernel is a kind of mathematical programmings and called "discrete programming". A direct solution for this programming is developed, and its computer program is also compiled. This model has b'een applied in Beijing area to evaluate and set annual mean ambient standard of SO2. A practical conclusion is obtained annual mean standard of SO2 is optimally estimated to be 0.08mg/m3.
