Study on Spectrophotometry for Determining DO with Histidine-Co Complexe
组氨酸-Co(Ⅱ)光度法测定水中溶解氧的研究

In this paper a new spectrophotometric method for determining dissolved oxygen in water with HistidineCo complexe as a colour reagent is investigated.According to the relationship of CoO2 found in experiment ACo standard curve is used as calibrated curve instead of AO2 curve and the difficult of gaining the oxygen standard can be sollved.It is a simple,fast,accurate and microanalysis method,the determining range of DO is 0120 mg/L.
