Modeling on Circulating Fluidized Bed Flue Gas Desulfurization
|
Abstract:
On the basis of element analysis,a computational model is formed, and the influence of the temperature of liquid and gaseous phases on the processes of droplet evaporation and the heat and mass transfer are analyzed. The change tendency of temperatures of the liquid and gaseous phases are also analyzed as the function of the height of the bed.At the same time, the process of circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization is modeled. The influence of the key parameters such as calciumtosulfur ratio (Ca/S),inlet gas temperature and the diameter of spray on the efficiency of desulfurization are analyzed. At the end,the computational results are compared with the experimental ones.In experiments the desulfurization efficiency can reach 96% under the conditions of calciumtosulfur ratio (Ca/S)=14,approachtosaturation temperature, etc. The comparison shows that the results fit well.
