Properties of NO Reduction by Coal Reburning in EFR

Abstract:
Three kinds of coals and a petroleumcoke,with volatile matter ranging from 1002% to 3981%,were used to reburn to reduct nitric oxide in an entrained flow raector.Three factors,coal's rank,stoichiometric ratio,reaction temperature were studied.The nitric oxide reduction efficiency decreasing with increasing airfuel stoichiometry of both primary zone or reburning zone.The NO reduction efficiency is higher when reburning temperture is lower.When NO reacted with different kinds of fuels,the reduction property was nearly proportional to coal's volatile matter.
