Study on the Ecological and Environmental Effects of Constructing a Long Oil Pipe Work
|
Abstract:
The effects of constructing a long oil pipe workon the ecological and environmental elements.,such as natural vegetation, forest, grasslands, farmlands, oasis, soils and wild animal habitats, were analyzed. The models for calculating thelosses of 7 ecotypes caused by such a pipe workconstruction were developed. In studying theresponse .strategies for environmental protection,3 indicators representing the ability of ecologicalrestorage were suggested to describe the extent towhich a damaged surface ecosystem can be rehabi-litated after the completion of such a work.Based on this, the measures were suggested tominimize the losses by such a pipe work and tospeed up the rehabilitation of a damaged ecosystem.
