To investigate the variation of mitochondrial cytb sequence and assess the genetic structure and polymorphism of four cultured stocks of Marsupenaeus japonicus, M. japonicus were sampled in South China Guangdong (GD), Taiwan (TW), Fujian (FJ), and Zhejiang (ZJ) provinces.
