GENETIC DIVERSITY OF SEPIELLA MAINDRONI IN CULTURED AND NATURAL POPULATIONS
养殖对曼氏无针乌贼(Sepiella maindroni)群体遗传多样性的影响

Genetic diversity of six Sepiella maindroni stocks(20 individuals from each stock) was investigated by using 24 random RAPD primers.A total of 119 RAPD bands ranging from 400bp to 2800bp were recorded with an average of 4.96 bands gained per primer.The mean percentages of polymorphic loci of S.maindroni stocks range from 19 to 24,the proportion of polymorphic loci is 13.33% to 20.16% and the Shannon index range from 0.0768 to 0.1018.The mean value of D(heterozygote deficiency of excess) is negative,indicati...
