Theory on the Functional Values of Natural Resources

On the basis of some classical value theories, atheory on the functional values of natural resources was discussed in this paper, by buildingits elementary accounting model, studying thewater resource in detail and giving an example. Anew point of view was provided for the study onvalue theories of natural resources, together witha new method for pricing in the course of accounting.
