Studies on development and Design of the Information System of Water Quality Management

The principal purpose of the research projects is to establish a scientific methodology for water quality management. In this paper, development techniques of the national information system of water quality management, supply-demand functional analysis in the system, design of information flow structure, programming of evaluating Water quality and of water quality simulation for rivers system, programming of reducing sewage discharge have been discussed. If the research results mentioned above are put into practise, management of water quality in China would approach to a new stage of decision-making computerized.
