A STUDY ON THE EXPRESSION FUNCTION OF PEAK PROFILE AND THE RESOLUTION OF SPECTRAL OVERLAPPING PEAKS
谱线叠加峰的分解及峰形表征函数的研究

A computer program was developed to resolve the overlapping X-ray diffraction peaks by Davidon's Minization Method. A new expression called 'Extended Cauchy Function' has been proposed to express the scattering curves of non-crystalline polymers. More reasonable results were obtained than those calculated by Hindeleh's polynomial function.
