THE SCREENING OF RIVAL MODELS AND THE COMPUTATIONAL MULTIPEAK RESOLUTION METHOD FOR THE X-RAY DIFFRACTION PATTERN OF PET FIBERS
模型筛选及计算机分峰法在涤纶X衍射图谱分解中的应用

This paper introduces the discrimination criteria for the screening of rival models. From among five rival models, an expression describing the X-ray scattering by amorphous component of PET fibers has been established. The computational multi-peak resolution method for X-ray diffraction pattern of PET fibers has been programmed.The multipeaks in several kinds of PET fibers have been resolved and, their structural parameters have been investigated with satisfactory results.
