Synthesis of Ni-Zn Ferrite by Sol-Gel Method and Its Electromagnetic Loss Property

Abstract:
以Zn(NO_3)2·6H_2O,Ni(NO_3)2·6H_2O,Fe(NO_3)_3·9H_2O及柠檬酸为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备前驱体,在1200℃下对其煅烧3h,合成了Ni_xZn_(1-x)Fe_2O_4(x=0,0.3,0.5,0.7)铁氧体.产品表征结果表明,所有Ni_xZn_(1-x)Fe_2O_4均属立方晶系尖晶石结构,结晶完整,在580 cm~(-1)附近均具有铁氧体的红外吸收特征峰,晶粒大小均在100 nm左右.在0.2~1.8GHz测试频率范围内,Ni_(0.7)Zn_(0.3)Fe_2O_4和Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_2O_4铁氧体对电磁波的吸收损耗性能相对较好,Ni_(0.7)Zn_(0.3)Fe_2O_4的电磁损耗角正切值tgd为0.67~1.59,Ni_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_2O_4为0.37~1.51,随Ni含量增加,其电磁损耗逐渐增强.
