Synthesis of Molecularly Imprinted Polymer for Rifampicin and Its Adsorption

Molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized with Rifampicin (RFP) as template molecule, methacrylic acid as functional monomers and ethylene dimethacrylate as crosslinker. The polymer was investigated in equilibrium binding experiment and Scatchard analysis to evaluate the binding characteristics and recognition mechanism of RFP molecular imprinted polymer in aqueous solution.
