Analysis of Microscope Spectrum to Cancerous Tissue
癌变组织显微光谱测量分析

To study the character of normal and abnormal tissue,we combined the microscopic fiber confocal technology with spectrum analysis technology,constructed the microscopic fiber confocal spectrum analysis system; and attained the microscope spectrum of normal and abnormal stomach tissue by the measurement system.The experimental results illustrate different information between the normal and abnormal tissue at the visible light spectrum,in axial direction and different layers.Indicate microscope spectrum can distinguish the different tissue layers,and improve the precision of cancer detection.
