Diffraction Efficiency of Volume Holograms Recording in Photopolymer Films with Quasi Continuous Exposures

Abstract:
The influence of the pulse repetition frequency and average writing intensity on volume holograms recorded in photopolymer films was studied.A pulsed diode-pumped YAG laser(532-nm wavelength) was used as recording light source.Volume holograms were recorded with different pulse repetition frequencies under the same average writing intensity,and different average intensities at the same repetition frequency.The diffraction efficiencies were measured real-time during the holographic grating formation.Experime...
